My Story

Passion for Animals

This past few years I was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease known as Crohn's Disease. During this time I became very ill. Multiple surgeries, loss of organs, and endless nights of hospital stays were necessary in order to save my life. After receiving as much medical help as I possibly could in Wyoming, I was sent to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. I like to say I couldn't have made it without Sadie's consistent love. The Mayo Clinic certified Sadie Rose as my companion dog. She would spend her days in the hospital caring for me at the foot-side of my hospital bed. Today, by the grace of God, we are home! Sadie continues to care for me and my health. Her companionship will be cherished always.
